The company was founded by Frank Crandell in 1949 with one truck and grew through the years to the trustworthy, reliable company we are today.

DELTON CRANDELL
Since the age of 16, Delton Crandell worked alongside his father “Dicky” to expand their market and grow the business into the success it is today. With nearly five decades of experience in trucking, transporting petroleum products, and hauling asphalt for major road projects, Delton was known throughout the industry for his expertise, integrity, and dedication to quality service.
On February 22, 2025, Delton tragically passed away in a motorcycle accident. His passion, work ethic, and commitment to excellence continue to inspire everyone who knew him.
Today, his daughter Anastasia Crandell-Hennings proudly carries on her father’s legacy. With over 18 years of experience in the industry, Anastasia remains dedicated to upholding the same values her father built the company on — integrity, quality, and superior service.

All C and C drivers who meet the Department of Transportation's safety regulations are selected under stringent guidelines based on their driving history. Our employees undergo an intense orientation program and training, which include: elevated temperature product handling, refiner safety and risk management procedures, hazmat rules and regulations, defensive driving techniques, rollover avoidance, CSA, and log training.

Honoring the Legacy of Delton Crandell
​​ On February 22, 2025, Delton’s life was tragically cut short in a motorcycle accident. His passing left a profound void in the lives of those who knew and worked with him. Yet, his passion for excellence, his generosity of spirit, and his devotion to family continue to inspire everyone at C & C Transportation.

Outside of work, Del loved adventure. He was an avid motorcyclist who found freedom on the open road, riding through countries across North and South America, Europe, and even Russia. Those journeys reflected who he was — driven, curious, and unafraid to explore the world around him.
